The essentials of using Knacto (https://knacto.com), operated by NAVORETA UAB. By opening an account or firing a run, you accept these terms. They govern together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Payment Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Service Level Agreement.
1. Who we are
Knacto is a service of NAVORETA UAB, a private limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Lithuania, company code 308066959, registered office at Laisvės pr. 60, LT-05120 Vilnius, Lithuania. In these terms “we”, “us” and “Knacto” mean NAVORETA UAB and the platform at knacto.com and any subdomain of it, together with the API.
2. Your account
Sign up with a valid email and keep the contact address and any billing details current. What is done under your credentials is treated as yours — protect them, and turn on two-factor authentication where available. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect someone else has got in.
3. Age and capacity
Knacto is for adults acting for themselves or for a business they are entitled to bind. If you are under 18, or lack legal capacity where you live, please do not use the Service.
4. What the Service does
You describe a Crew — the agents, the tools they can call, the process they follow — and Knacto executes the Crew on demand, on a schedule, or via a webhook or REST call. Every step is written to an append-only ledger of Runs so you can see who did what, which model handled which turn, and how many tokens were drawn.
5. Tokens and billing
Knacto runs on prepaid tokens. You choose a pack from the Pricing section, tokens are credited to your balance, and each Run reserves an estimated amount up front, settles what was actually spent, and returns the unspent reserve to your balance. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, no seat licence and no recurring charge — you top up whenever it suits you. Full commercial terms are in the Payment Policy.
6. Model providers, tools and integrations
Knacto orchestrates calls to third-party AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others) on your behalf and, where a Crew uses built-in tools such as web search or code execution, to third-party service providers. Your prepaid tokens cover the cost of these calls as metered on the Pricing page. Where you connect your own external services (a database, a webhook target, a CRM), the terms and any costs of those services are between you and their provider.
7. Your content and Outputs
Anything you type, upload or send to Knacto is your “Input”. Anything a Crew produces from that Input is its “Output”. As between you and us, and to the extent the law lets us grant it, you keep the rights you already hold in the Input, and you own the Output. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, process and back up the Input and the Output so we can run the Service, keep it secure, meet legal duties and prevent abuse. We do not use Input or Output for model training. Note that AI systems can produce similar Output for different users from similar prompts, and cannot guarantee that generated material is free of third-party rights.
8. What Knacto owns
The platform, the crew editor, the run engine, the ledger, the templates, the documentation, the trademarks and the code are ours or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms transfers those to you. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or scrape the Service, its models or its output at scale.
9. Acceptable Use
Use the Service in line with the Acceptable Use Policy — it forms part of these terms. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to warnings, restrictions, suspension of a Crew, or account closure without refund.
10. Availability, betas and disclaimers
We work hard to keep the Service up and continuously improving. Availability commitments and remedies for downtime are in the SLA. Features labelled beta, experimental or preview are provided as they are, and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
The Service and its Output come “as is”, without warranties, so far as the law permits. Output is not professional advice, and neither generated content nor agent actions on connected services are guaranteed correct or secure. Where the law lets us cap liability, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 100 if that is higher. We do not exclude anything that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your mandatory rights as a consumer stand regardless.
11. Suspension and closure
We may pause or close an account where the Service has been misused, where there is a serious security or legal risk, where an authority requires it, or where a payment issue is unresolved. You may close your account at any time from settings or by writing to [email protected] — because there is no subscription, no cancellation notice is needed. Any unspent tokens sit in the account until spent, refunded under the Refund Policy, or forfeited on closure.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service and the law evolve. Material changes will be flagged in the Service or by email at least fourteen days before they take effect, unless the change is a bug fix or a security response. Carrying on using Knacto after the change goes live means you accept the new version.
13. Governing law and disputes
Lithuanian law applies, and the Lithuanian courts have jurisdiction — though as a consumer you keep the protections and the courts of the country you live in. Consumers can also take a dispute to Lithuania’s State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT, https://vvtat.lt), and those elsewhere in the EU can turn to the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
